Welcome to our personal wedding page! We are excited that you are considering joining us for this very special event. Below you will find all the relevant details about the weekend, along with instructions on how to plan and book your trip. Keep in mind that this page is a work in progress - we will be adding new information as it becomes available. We look forward to seeing you in the islands!

Special Notes:

• Rates are per room, double occupancy, per night and include tax
• Rates include: Welcome rum punch drink, Daily sunset tapas happy hour, Complimentary coffee and tea at the Cabana Bar & Seaside Cafe Pool
• A maximum of 2 additional people can stay in each room (except studios) at an extra charge of $55 per person per day

Flight Options:

Current airfares from various points in the US to Turks & Caicos are running between $500 and $800. Airlines serving Turks & Caicos include American, US Airways and Delta. It is more likely you will find lower fares if you can avoid the busiest days (i.e., Friday and Sunday).

• MoonRings has discounted fares on American from: New York City ($550), Philadelphia ($573), Boston ($569), and Washington DC ($573)
• US Airways is offering special online fares from around $575 from Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Boston. These can only be purchased online.
• If you book directly with American Airlines, you may receive a 5% discount (depending on the fare) if you provide the following wedding code - Starfile 7243AT. In addition, if you book at least 30 days in advance, you will receive an additional 5% discount. This discount is not combinable with other special fares (e.g., web fares or MoonRings fares), and will only apply if 10+ wedding guests fly on American and use this discount code.
• If you book directly with US Airways, you may receive a 5% discount (depending on the fare) if you provide the following wedding code - Gold File 94192685. In addition, if you book at least 60 days in advance, you will receive an additional 5% discount. This discount is not combinable with other special fares (e.g., web fares or MoonRings fares), and will only apply if 10+ wedding guests fly on US Airways and use this discount code. Only good for travel from April 29th to May 7th. To obtain the discount, call US Airways' Group Office at (877) 874-7687 ( 8AM to 9:30PM EST).

If you are hoping to use frequent flier miles for your trip, it is best to check on availability as soon as possible since free seats sell out quickly. You can reach American Airlines Advantage at (800) 882-8880, US Airways Dividend Miles at (800) 622-1015, and Delta SkyMiles at (800) 323-2323.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Most travel, including flights and accommodations, will be reserved through Happy Vacations, a national wholesaler
• Special hotel rates are only guaranteed for bookings made prior to December 15, 2005
• A deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking
• Final payment for entire stay is due April 15, 2006
• Round-trip airport transfers are $18 per person
• Room cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. Within seven days there will be a three night penalty.
• There is a $25/person ticketing fee for all fared flight bookings (with the exception of MoonRings Special Fares), and $35/person fee for bookings made using frequent flier miles.
• Payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Requirements for U.S. Citizens to Enter Turks & Caicos Islands:

• Proof of US Citizenship Required
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• No visa required for stay up to 30 Days

Usually Acceptable Proofs of US Citizenship:

• US Passport - must be valid -or-
• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate plus Official Photo ID -or-
• Official US Government Document verifying Citizenship
• Certificate of Citizenship
• Certificate of Naturalization
• Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a US Citizen (Together with Valid Photo I.D.)
• Note A Voter's Registration Card does NOT constitute proof of US Citizenship

** If possible, we recommend using a US Passport **

Other Travel Tidbits and Weekend Information:

• There are only a few ATM machines on the island, and most do not work with US networks. Therefore, we recommend bringing traveler's checks.
• The island charges a $15 "departure tax" and an $8 "security fee" so be prepared to pay approximately $23/person at the airport upon departure.
• Attire for the ceremony is "smart casual." For men, cotton or linen slacks and collared shirts. No coats and ties! For women, sundresses.
