Our goal is to take the headache (and uncertainty) out of the planning process so you can focus on the exciting aspects of getting married away from home! Whether we can assist you, however, will depend on your specific needs.

Our Approach
We take a "holistic" approach to destination weddings - to ensure everything goes as planned, we take an active role in planning the major event components, including travel for you and your guests, the wedding ceremony, and local activities. Therefore, we don't sell "packages" - no two couples are alike, so no two wedding experiences are alike. We help create personalized destination weddings based on our clients' individual interests and budget.

Our Process and Services
We apply a structured process to destination wedding planning. With so many different event components, ranging from the ceremony setting to transportation coordination, a step-by-step process ensures that everything goes smoothly and with minimal stress. Our role is to act as your "wedding manager" - we worry about the details so you don't need to. Key areas of assistance usually include:

1. Helping to compare and contrast different destinations in order to determine the "right" one for you and your party. Our analysis incorporates accommodations preferences, travel logistics, weather patterns, group size, budgets (yours and your guests) and the overall wedding environment.
   
   
2. Assisting with the selection of lodging options according to budget, interests, group size and wedding-related support.
   
   
3. Choosing the ideal environment for the wedding ceremony and reception - beach, garden, resort, mountaintop, boat, etc.
   
   
4. Helping to create the desired wedding experience, from flowers, to food, to festivities. Detailed spreadsheets are used during the first four steps to help work through the decision making process.
   
   
5. Negotiating on your behalf with airlines, hotels and local wedding vendors to get the best possible rates and fares.
   
   
6. Planning, arranging and booking flights, transfers, lodging and local activities for you and your guests.
   
   
7. Acting as a single point of contact for your guests for all wedding-related questions and travel planning. This is done through the use of a private web page (see sample), toll free phone number and dedicated Relationship Manager.

Our Fees
Our wedding management fees start at $395, and vary based on individual needs. Factors such as number of guests, destination, ceremony and reception complexity, and length of stay will influence the total cost. We will provide a quotation after an initial consultation.
