About MoonRings:

How is MoonRings different from a traditional travel agency?

Unlike most traditional travel agencies, our sole focus is on destination weddings, honeymoons and anniversary travel. This means we have a much better understanding of, and appreciation for your needs, frame of mind and concerns from day one. As a result, we have streamlined the planning and booking process to make working with us an easy, enjoyable and timesaving experience.

Our knowledge of the destinations we serve also sets us apart. All of our Relationship Managers and Travel Consultants are extremely experienced, and travel to the destinations they serve frequently. Our local destination contacts have personal relationships with our staff.

As a national travel service with a discriminating (and deserving) clientele, distinguished travel suppliers (hotels, tour operators and the like) want to work with MoonRings. This attention from the supplier community translates into better value for you - you get a better experience for your travel dollar.

Finally, it's all about service - we take the utmost care to provide the high level of personal service you deserve. This is a special trip. We aim to make planning, booking and traveling a stress-free experience that you can enjoy with confidence.

I don't know where to go on my honeymoon. How can MoonRings help?

This is a common situation for many couples, and we know from experience that "one size does not fit all" when it comes to honeymoons and other special trips.

We help by getting to know you, understanding your preferences and needs, as well as your previous travel experience. This is done by working through the MoonRings Destination Evaluation, which involves an online component followed by a conversation with a Relationship Manager. During this process, we will analyze your needs and come up with a number of suggestions. We will then help you narrow the list, after which we will put you in touch with one or more of our Travel Consultants to determine exactly what is best for you.

Who are the people who will be helping me with my honeymoon?

There are two types of people who will assist you with your trip: a MoonRings Relationship Manager and/or a MoonRings Travel Consultant.

Our Relationship Managers will take the time to understand your honeymoon dreams, desires and needs and then connect you with the right Travel Consultant, based on your destination(s) of interest. Our managers have a broad range of destination knowledge so they can help you narrow down the choices. Once you are working directly with a Travel Consultant, your Relationship Manager will still be responsible for the overall quality of your planning, booking and travel experience. They are there to answer questions and assure your relationship with MoonRings is a good one. Finally, they will remain as your primary point of contact within MoonRings should you desire travel assistance post-honeymoon.

Our Travel Consultants are true destination experts for the locations we serve. They are here to share their inside information with you! Their local knowledge helps you focus on the places and activities you will enjoy most. They are the ones who will make your trip happen, and will be there to support you every step of the way.
