Baja California

Baja California is a beautifully rugged and sparse place, much akin to Arizona in terms of climate, but also bounded by the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. The southern portion, commonly referred to as "Cabo", is where the vast majority of hotels and resorts reside. The area offers striking scenery, terrific golf, marine mammal watching, scuba diving and other water sports.

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta has been growing over the past decade - new resorts, new restaurants, new activities. But as you move away from the city center, in either direction, you can find its tranquil side. Some truly beautiful, upscale and unique resorts have been built that both cater to your every need and keep you out of the city fray, unless of course, you want to head into town for the day or night!

Zihuatanejo

Zihuatanejo is a sleepy town on the Pacific, but it is home to some of the most unique small properties on the coast. Nowhere near the scale of Acapulco or Puerto Vallarta, Zihuatanejo offers sun, beach, golf, and sights in a more relaxed, small-town environment. However, if desired, the big resort experience is nearby in the neighboring town of Ixtapa.

The Yucatan Peninsula

The Yucatan Peninsula embodies the richness and diversity of Mexico. Here, you will find the heart of ancient Mayan culture, including the Chichen Itza, Coba and Tulum ruins. Miles of beach, and the cosmopolitan setting of Cancun are backed by the jungle and other interesting scenery closer to the interior. Away from the beach, traditional Mexican culture flourishes in the colonial architecture of Merida, and the dancing and music indigenous to the region.
